AFL great Sam Newman, 76, unveils his recent makeover
Sam Newman seems to have undergone a recent makeover, shaving years off his appearance.
Appearing on Sunrise on Thursday, the AFL great, 76, looked tanned, taut and revealed his lightened hair.
His skin appeared fresh-faced after previously undergoing Botox.

The footy commentator donned chic black crew neck sweater for his TV appearance and his blond locks were coiffed in a spiky style.
Sam also appeared youthful when he attended Shane Warne’s public memorial service on Wednesday.
He wore a white T-shirt wore under a dapper charcoal grey blazer, and his skin once again appeared smooth and very bronzed.

Sam has made no secret of his love of Botox, and even got injections on TV during a segment on The Footy Show back in 2007.
‘See those wrinkles there, will they be gone next week?’ Sam asked the doctor, referring to the lines on his forehead.
He underwent Botox on TV once again in 2012, telling his Footy Show co-hosts that the doctor did a ‘great job’ when he was unable to frown.

Sam faced criticism for his altered appearance in July 2014 when he attended The Footy Show’s 21st birthday party in Melbourne.
In addition to showing off a wrinkle-free visage, the former Geelong Football Club star stepped out with a noticeable ‘duck face’ pout.

‘He made me look like a Manx cat for six years. My eyes went up like the star of I Dream of Jeannie,’ he admitted.
In an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald in February 2011, Melbourne plastic surgeon Chris Moss said 20 per cent of his patients are men.

‘It’s lost its stigma a bit. It’s become a bit more normal and therefore less intimidating for men to go down that path,’ he explained.
Dr Moss said many of his male patients were seeing him for procedures such as rhinoplasty, upper and lower eyelid lifts, neck lifts, Botox and fillers.
He added: ‘These are men who are often in good jobs, who don’t want to look tired, who don’t want to look old, and who, basically, don’t want to be viewed to be out of date.’
