Alec Baldwin and pregnant wife Hilaria chat with Josh Charles while strolling with kids in New York

Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria got a pleasant surprise on Tuesday when they ran into the actor Josh Charles while taking a walk with their young children.

The 64-year-old 30 Rock star and his pregnant wife, 38, stopped to chat with the Good Wife actor, 50, on a street corner while bringing along their baby daughter Lucia and one-year-old son Eduardo in strollers.

The trio seemed to be having a friendly interaction before they went their separate ways. 

Alec was dressed casually to get some fresh air with a plain black T-shirt, matching black pants and dark brown loafers.

He also had a black windbreaker tied around his waist for the evening chill, and he sported a silver luxury wristwatch.

The Match Game host sported some rugged stubble and wore his short salt-and-pepper hair messy.

Hilaria looked as if she was keeping warm in a thick brown sweater that mostly hid her burgeoning baby bump. 

She had her highlighted hair swept back to show off her thick gold hoop earrings, and she highlighted her toned legs with lustrous black leggings, culminating in black suede Ugg boots.

She appeared to mostly be looking at her phone while the two actors briefly chatted, and she held a puffy red, white and blue pastel down coat.

Josh was dressed ruggedly in a charcoal camouflage jacket with weathered jeans, green, black and orange trainers and a blue denim baseball cap.

He and Alec are former costars, having appeared together in the hybrid documentary Framing John DeLorean.

Although the film featured interviews with real-life figures connected to the controversial auto executive, Alec also played DeLorean in reenacted scenes. 

Josh also appeared on Baldwin’s Match Game reboot, which was canceled earlier this month after being on the air since 2016.

Alec pushed little Edu, who wore a gray shirt with jeans and no shows while sitting in a blue-and-black stroller.

Hilaria was responsible for Lucia, who was strapped into a taller stroller and had on cute pink pants with a black shirt.

The day before, Hilaria shared a video of herself on Instagram as she listened to her baby via an at-home fetal doppler device. 

She explained that she was nervous about her seventh pregnancy after she suffered a miscarriage in 2019, so being able to hear the baby’s heartbeat calmed her nerves.

‘As I approach the time when I lost the second baby in 2019, at 16 weeks, I get more nervous. I get asked all the time how to stay calm and make it through after loss,’ she said. 

The Yoga Vida founder and her husband — whom she married in 2012 — share six children: daughters María Lucía Victoria, 13 months; and Carmen Gabriela, eight; and sons Rafael Thomas, six; Leonardo Ángel Charles; five, Romeo Alejandro David; three; and Eduardo ‘Edu’ Pao Lucas, 18 months.

However, their four oldest children didn’t appear to have joined them on the walk in the city. 

Earlier on Tuesday, Alec shared his respects for the late comedian Gilbert Gottfried after his death at age 67 was announced.

‘Rest In Peace…’ he captioned an image of the comedian and a statement that was posted by his family.
