She was forced to use a wheelchair and walk on crutches for almost two months after injuring her leg during a hydrofoiling accident in February.

The glamorous TV star showed little sign of her recent injury as she strolled through the CBD en route to a restaurant with a smile on her face.

Looking effortlessly stylish, the mother-of-two sported a striking black-and-white frock which featured a thigh split and high neck.

She accessorised her look with a white leather bag, rectangle sunglasses and a pair of stud earrings.

The ever-polished presenter allowed her sleek mane to fall neatly by her shoulders, and accentuated her age-defying complexion with a subtle wash of makeup.

Back in February, Allison was forced to undergo surgery after hurting her knee while filming a watersports segment for The Today Show on the Gold Coast.

During a pre-recorded segment, the co-host ‘badly’ injured her leg while hydrofoiling – a relatively new watersport also known as foil surfing.
