Amelia Hamlin showcases her sensational style in a slit lilac dress at London Fashion Week event

London Fashion Week kicked off on Thursday.

And 20-year-old actress Amelia Hamlin used it as a perfect opportunity to showcase her sensational style as she donned a slit lilac dress for the Roberta Einer event.

Amelia put her best fashion foot forwards in the gorgeous ensemble, which drew attention to her enviable figure as she posed at The Strand’s Somerset House.

The cut-out elements of the dress highlighted The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star’s tanned skin, whilst black heels boosted her height. 

She stopped for a photo opportunity with designer Roberta Einer, after who the event was named. 

The Estonian native, 29, sported a satin co-ord that encompassed hues of pale blue and green.

Also in attendance during the first day of the clothing trade show was journalist Anna Wintour.

The long-serving Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, 71, arrived for the the Conde Nast College BA Fashion Communication Graduate Exhibition in sunglasses and a face mask.  

Anna is also Global Chief Content Officer for Condé Nast – a title she was awarded in last year – and she stunned in a red-and-black print dress for the day.

The iconic show in the Big Smoke takes place twice a year, in February and September.

It is branded one of the Big Four fashion weeks, along with the New York, Milan and Paris.

The events showcase over 250 designers to a global audience of influential media and retailers throughout the week.

Other names that wowed during on first day include singer, Jorja Smith, Jordan Grant and Jamila Strand. 

24-year-old Jorja wore an eye-catching snake-print two-piece, consisting of a blazer and flared trousers.

Josie Lane, Freya Walton, Ming Savannah, Caroline Ebo, Kim Turnball, Jodie Harsh, Jordan Grant, Leah Abbott, Simran Randhawa and Nassia Matsu were among those who completed the fashionistas at Thursday’s event.
