Jolie layered her cozy wrap over a plain white tee and she slipped her slender stems into a pair of tight fitting trousers.

The Maleficent star had her signature brunette strands styled into a sleek low ponytail and decked out her eyes with a bit on liner.

Tucked in the crook of Angelina’s arm was a striking black designer purse that featured a generous array of gold hardware.

Adhering to California’s strict COVID-19 protocols, mother and son rocked matching black masks for the duration of their outing.

Once they arrived to the party supply store, the mother-son pair took their time perusing the aisles for the items on their list.

Angelina, with her son following in tow, emerged from the shop with a bag full of various rolls of wrapping paper and some other related items.

After making their way down the multicolored steps, Angelina and Knox swiftly headed back to their parked vehicle.

Jolie shares Knox, as well as sons Maddox Chivan, 19, Pax Thien, 17, John, 14, and daughters Zahara Marley, 15, and Vivienne Marcheline, 12, with ex husband Brad Pitt, 56.

The estranged couple first met on the set of their film Mr. And Mrs. Smith in 2004, but did not go public with their romance until some time in 2005.

At the time of their meeting, Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston, whom filed for divorce from the actor in March of 2005 following a brief separation.

Brad and Angelina’s nearly 11-year romance came to an end in 2016, just two years after tying the knot in 2014.

The pair were not declared ‘legally single’ until 2019, but discussions regarding the finalization of their divorce are still ongoing.

Despite the legal drama, Angelina has found strength and meaning in motherhood, perfecting her craft in front of and behind the camera, and devoting herself to activism.

And the star recently conducted an eye-opening remote interview with TIME‘s first-ever Kid Of The Year Gitanjali Rao, 15, which was published December 3.

The Academy Award-winning actress, while applauding Rao’s anti-cyberbullying app Kindly, joked that her children happen to be very protective over their phones.

‘My kids would be like, ‘Don’t touch my phone, I’ll do it myself,” said the star, after explaining they would have to decide for themselves whether or not to download Kindly.

Gitanjali, who is an aspiring scientist and inventor, explained to Jolie that her children would probably willing download Kindly because it is not designed to ‘punish.’

‘As a teenager, I know teenagers tend to lash out sometimes. Instead, it gives you the chance to rethink what you’re saying so that you know what to do next time around,’ she said.

Kindly is described as an app that can ‘detect cyberbullying at an early stage, based on artificial-intelligence technology.’
