She said the TV and movie star had shot two videos back to back: the one that was shared on Facebook on Friday and the other that was used in the film Betty White: A Celebration, which came out on her 100th birthday on January 17.

‘When we recorded her special message to fans who attended the movie, we also recorded one that we had planned to put on social media on her birthday,’ Mikelas said.

‘She was using the occasion of her 100th birthday to celebrate YOU – her fans.

‘She knew how lucky she was; she felt the love, and she never took it for granted. I think it’s appropriate to post today as a thank from Betty and the animals ❤️,’ Kiersten also noted.

If the new clip of Betty looks familiar that is because an image of her in the same outfit was shared by Mikelas earlier this week.

‘On this special day, I wanted to share this photo of Betty,’ she wrote on Facebook on January 17.

‘It was taken on 12/20/21. I believe it’s one of the last photos of her. She was radiant and beautiful and as happy as ever.’

The iconic actress was laid to rest in a private ceremony, Jeff Witjas – her long-time friend and agent – revealed on January 5.
