‘I was very messed up when I got out, it really screwed with my head and obviously if I were to go in again I would take that with a different mind set and take the emotion out of it,’ she continued.

‘I got over it after months, and then it comes back on again and it’s reopened the wound and I need to bandage it back up.’

Tilly’s exit was down to bad luck, as she got the boot after losing a game of Russian roulette to fellow evicted housemate Ari Kimber.

‘I think my ADHD helped because my head was all over the place during the challenges,’ she said.

Tilly also explained how her diagnosis made it difficult for her to concentrate during school.

‘I did really well in my Higher School Certificate and at uni, but people don’t realise the trouble ADHD can cause in daily life. To do an assignment takes every bone in my body – it’s so hard to sit still.’
