Taking a stand: Bindi Irwin (pictured with her husband, Chandler Powell) has disabled comments on her Instagram account after relentless attacks from trolls during her pregnancy

Bindi has been criticised by trolls on several occasions in the past few months.

From a maternity shoot in tribute to her late father to bringing her family along for her babymoon in Uluru, some people only had nasty opinions to share.

Bindi turned off all comments shortly after the babymoon backlash, and on Sunday sent a cryptic message to her haters in a Valentine’s Day post.

While posing with her husband, Chandler Powell, 24, the writing on the wall behind them read: ‘Let’s give them something to taco ’bout.’

Earlier this month, Bindi and Chandler were slammed again for inviting her family on their last holiday before having a child – known as a babymoon – in Uluru.

Trolls suggested that it was inappropriate for Terri, 56, and Robert, 17, to be there.

They claimed the family were missing the point of a ‘babymoon’, which is supposed to be about a couple enjoying quality time together before parenting takes over.

‘How frigging ridiculous is this, isn’t a babymoon special time for the parents to be,’ commented one person, while another wrote: ‘Not babymoon if all family along.’
