Britney’s semi-sheer top revealed a lacy teal bra and ample decolletage underneath.

The star flashed a bit more of her figure in one shot where she pulled up her shirt to reveal her flat abs.

Continuing to flaunt her dancer’s body, the Stronger songstress added a pair of patterned tights and tiny black shorts to the ensemble.

Her hair and makeup was both edgy and chic, consisting of her favorite style of heavy, black eyeliner with fluttering lashes, tousled blonde locks and a shimmery nude pout.

‘Twisted Elegance … introducing RED,’ she wrote in the caption, though there was no scarlet to be seen in the snapshot.

Britney’s snaps come after insiders clarified earlier reports the star was looking to do a tell-all interview in response to the Framing Britney documentary and inspired by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent Oprah Winfrey interview.

But days later another source explained how while Spears would ‘like to tell her story,’ there are no plans for a bombshell interview, à la Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent talk with Winfrey.

‘The report about Britney considering a tell-all is greatly exaggerated and essentially giving false hope to the fans who tweeted calls for it after the Harry and Meghan interview,’ an insider told Us Weekly.

‘Britney would like to tell her story and has always wanted to write a memoir, but the conservatorship makes that difficult and it’s not something on her immediate radar, anyway.’

Another source confirmed Spears’ interest in having her voice heard in an alternative format other than a TV interview.

‘Britney hasn’t mentioned doing an interview. She wants to speak and could do so on social media with the assistance of [boyfriend Sam Asghari] on his platforms if it got to be this emergency situation for her,’ the second insider explained, adding: ‘She doesn’t want to be filtered.’

The star has renewed her bid to have her father Jamie Spears permanently replaced as her conservator after a years long battle over control over personal affairs and finances.

Spears’ lawyer Sam Ingham told a Los Angeles court hearing on Wednesday that he will ask that Jodi Montgomery, who in 2019 was appointed temporary conservator of the singer’s personal affairs, be made permanent.

Ingham said he would present the petition at an April 27 hearing.

Spears has made clear through her lawyer in the past year that she no longer wants her father, Jamie Spears, involved in her affairs or $60 million fortune.

A previous bid to remove him failed in August last year.

Montgomery, who is the singer’s care manager, took over from her father in 2019 after he suffered a bout of ill health.

Jamie Spears remains legal guardian of his daughter’s financial affairs but is now sharing those duties with the Bessemer Trust, a financial instituation.

A planned court review on Wednesday of the pop star’s finances was postponed for a month.

Jamie Spears was appointed conservator in 2008 after his daughter was hospitalized for psychiatric treatment following a widely publicized breakdown.

A television documentary in February brought new scrutiny to the case and to the #FreeBritney movement started by fans.

Those supporters believe Spears is being kept prisoner and that she is sending cryptic signals begging to be freed through her various social media accounts.

Dozens of her fans gathered outside the court in Los Angeles on Wednesday as the hearing related to her conservatorship was underway.

Vivian Thoreen, an attorney for Jamie Spears, noted last month the pop star had never requested the termination of the legal arrangement.

‘This is a story about a fiercely loyal, loving, and dedicated father who rescued his daughter from a life-threatening situation. People were harming her and they were exploiting her,’ Thoreen told TV show ‘Good Morning America’ in an interview.

‘Anytime Britney wants to end her conservatorship she can ask her lawyer to file a petition to terminate it,’ Thoreen said.

It comes as her conservatorship battle and the #FreeBritney movement is to be explored in a new BBC Two documentary.

The documentary is set to follow BAFTA-winning journalist Mobeen Azhar as he journeys from Britney’s hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana to Los Angeles, while delving into her passionate fan base.

It will include some of the recent court hearings related to the case.

‘I went to LA in search of the truth of how Britney Spears, one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, ended up in a conservatorship,’ Azhar said of the documentary, which is set to air this spring.

‘I found myself in a world of lawyers, superfans and paparazzi and spent time with many of the people who’ve had a front row seat in Britney’s life.

‘This film taps into the energy of the #FreeBritney movement and questions the industry, fandom and the laws that facilitate conservatorships.’
