She’s never been shy about showing off her figure, and giving others advice on how to reach their fitness potential.
And Chloe Madeley took to Instagram on Tuesday to look back at her own fitness journey, as she reflected on the difference between losing weight and building muscle by sharing throwback snaps.
The TV personality, 33, looked sensational as she showed off her pert posterior in two revealing snaps from 2016 and 2017 that saw her pose with her back to the camera to put her toned figure on display.
Wow! Chloe Madeley showed off her VERY pert posterior in throwback snaps as she reflected on the difference between losing weight and building muscle in a post she shared on Tuesday
In the 2016 snap, Chloe had slipped into a backless black swimsuit that was cut high on her waist to highlight her slender legs.
While in the picture from 2017 Chloe’s legs and posterior were markedly more toned as she wore a revealing semi-sheer bodysuit, and it showed how much her fitness programme was able to change the way her body looked.
In her caption, Chloe reflected: ‘I still get clients asking me for both fat loss AND hypertrophy results inside of a matter of weeks / months…
‘UNLESS you’re a brand spanking newbie to lifting (with some stored energy to contribute to the cause)… IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN!’
Advice: In her caption, Chloe told her followers that it would take a lot of hard work and discipline to build up a toned figure, as she did, but it would be ‘fun’ too
Candid: Earlier this month, Chloe shocked fans with a throwback snap of her lean physique, as she admitted her obsession with fitness left her ‘on the edge of the hell’
Telling her followers that it would take a lot of hard work and discipline to build up a toned figure, she did reassure them that it would also be ‘fun.’
Chloe wrote: ‘If you have a physique goal, you better strap in and enjoy the process, because YES it IS long, but it’s also extremely FUN.’
Earlier this month, Chloe shocked fans with a throwback snap of her lean physique, as she admitted her obsession with fitness left her ‘on the edge of the hell.’
The exercise guru penned a lengthy post alongside two snaps of her abs taken two years earlier, admitting that while she ‘doesn’t miss’ that time in her fitness journey she doesn’t regret it as she enjoyed seeing how her body could change.

Chloe has been incredible open in documenting her fitness regime with fans on social media, and was recently forced to hit back at trolls who claimed she’d airbrushed her social media snaps.
On Instagram Chloe, who is the daughter of veteran presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, shared two images of her abs in little more than a black bikini top and skimpy bottoms.
In the lengthy caption she reflected on maintaining such a lean physique, admitting it had pushed her to the brink at times.
She wrote: ‘DO I MISS BEING LEAN? It’s been at least 2 years since I’ve done a photo shoot during which I’ve wanted to take a nap. – So that’s at least 2 years of fat loss phases where I instinctively and organically STOPPED short at the cliff edge of hell.
Important: In the lengthy caption, Chloe added she’s glad she took on the challenge to become so lean as it help her realise what her body could do
‘Don’t get me wrong, for some women, being 12% body fat is not only achievable, but maintainable. For me? 60kg is my lean AND happy weight. 58kg and below is just painful.’
Explaining why she chose to take on the challenge she said: ‘So why did I do it? Am I mentally unwell? no. I did it because I LOVE to see what my body can do. I LOVE a challenge.
‘But LONG term? REAL life? I did it, and I’m glad i did it, and now I’m done with it. – I teach women how to LOSE body fat to get to a HEALTHY %. I teach women how to GAIN body fat to get to a HEALTHY %.’
Chloe added she always encourages her clients to have reasonable long-term goals, but is open with supporting them in preparing for something more extreme.
Defiant: In October Chloe was forced to hit back at trolls who didn’t believe she’s achieved her toned frame through hard work
She added: ‘If I get a client who wants to do something extreme like a marathon (yes, that’s an extreme goal), or get on stage (yes, that’s an extreme goal), or compete in a powerlifting meet (yes, that’s an extreme goal), I help them.
‘Because that’s the way SOME of us are built. Understand character. Subjectivity. Educate and explain from day 1 to day 361.
‘Do PERFORMANCE athletes compete into their 50s? Likely not. Why? Because the damage is done and the ‘unhealthy’ is finally undeniable. But we applaud performance athletes. We roll our eyes at physique athletes.
‘In my Opinion, BOTH performance and physique are phenomenal goals for anyone to achieve. And believe it or not, BOTH are unhealthy. – So do I miss being lean? No. But it was fun when it was fun.’
Confident: Chloe has openly documented her fitness journey in scantily-clad social media snaps
