Chris Brown flashes peace sign with Tyga at RHUDE fashion show… amid ‘investigation for battery’

New assault allegations weren’t enough to stop singer Chris Brown from attending the RHUDE Fashion show in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The pop star, 32, made his grand entrance to the event alongside Tyga and several other young men who followed them close behind.

Looking relaxed and unbothered, this was the first time the No Air crooner was seen out and about since being investigated for battery against a woman.

Brown stepped out in blue leather pants with matching sneakers that was paired with a beige and black button-down sweater over a white t-shirt.

The ensemble allowed for his intricate neck tattoos to be visible.

Tyga (born Micheal Ray Nguyen-Stevenson), 31, kept it casual-cool in the fashion department in faded denim jeans, a red-black and beige sweater, sneakers, and his locks styled in braids.

The Virginia native, who also sported a scruffy beard and mustache, was just one of many high-profile people to attend the event, including Matt LeBlanc, Big Sean and Saweetie, Slick Woods, Lena Waithe, Karrueche Tran, Cynthia Erivo, PnB Rock, Mustard, Wale, Shaun Ross, Myles O’Neal, among others.

Rhuigi Villaseñor’s Rhude collection has already been deemed a commercial success, with an array of A-lister seen out wearing his Los Angeles brand.

Brown is reportedly under investigation for the assault of a woman at his home in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Los Angeles, which is believed to have taken place last weekend.

The alleged victim is said to have told the Los Angeles police department that he ‘smacked the back of her head so hard her weave came off’, according to TMZ.

Police responded to the singer’s home where the woman had claimed Brown slapped her, law enforcement sources told the publication.

According to the report, the woman claimed part of her weave came out after she was slapped by the star and named Brown as the suspect.

Sources told the online news outlet that the alleged victim had no injuries following the reported incident at Brown’s home. No arrests have been made.

TMZ claimed their sources said that the battery investigation will most likely be dealt with by the City Attorney, and that it could result in a misdemeanor charge.

MailOnline have contacted Brown’s reps and LAPD for comment.

The report comes two months after Brown threw himself a massive 32nd birthday party complete with 500 guests that had to be shut down by the LAPD at 2am.

LAPD received multiple calls about loud music and cars double-parked all over the San Fernando Valley neighborhood according to law enforcement sources from TMZ.

In an interesting note, however, police did not actually show up to Brown’s home until 2am when things reached a boiling point with his neighbors.

Insiders for the publication said the music was turned down but the gathering was still broken up because law enforcement estimated that there were between 400 and 500 guests in attendance.

Several squad cars arrived at the scene and guests who had parked illegally also received parking tickets.

There were a few videos posted on social media from inside of the party, which showed plenty of people letting loose at the artist’s home.

At one point Brown was even seen huddled up with a bunch of friends for a group photo.

According to TMZ four police cars and a supervisor had been sent to the home given the singer’s troubled history at his home.

Two years ago, police had done a wellness check on Brown in February 2019 after he had posted his address on social media amid his feud with Offset, according to TMZ at the time.

Later that year, LAPD were called after the artist threw a massive yard sale in November 2019.

In August 2016,  Brown was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a prolonged, 11-hour stand-off with the police at the mansion.

In his most public legal case, Brown was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats after an argument turned violent with then-girlfriend Rihanna in Los Angeles on Feb. 8, 2009, just before the Grammy Awards ceremony.

Afterwards, Rihanna’s face and arms were covered in visible contusions and bruises.

He eventually pleaded guilty to a felony and accepted a plea deal of community labor, five years of probation, and domestic violence counseling.

Brown formally completed his probation in March of 2015.

He ended up hiring a crisis management team and released a statement saying, ‘Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired.’
