Chris Hughes‘ girlfriend Annabel Dimmock has broken her left wrist after returning from a professional golfing trip to New York.

Annabel, 25, who is a winner on the Ladies European Tour, was seen behind the wheel of her BMW with a black bandage around her left hand and arm. 

After her beau, 28, asked her on video, ‘What have you done to your wrist?’ she smiled before appearing to blame him for the injury as she replied: ‘You.’

But she did not reveal how exactly her injury occurred.

They later hilariously larked about as the London-born star couldn’t resist swinging a new set of putters during a late night video. 

Just twenty four hours earlier, she’d arrived home accident free from a tour in the States. 

The loved up couple were seen enjoying local sites in what is thought to be Virginia Water in Surrey ahead of Annabel’s injury on Sunday afternoon.

Chris later shared a video of Annabel still practicing her golf swing at home and wrote: ‘Eleven Pm, broken wrist and she’s trying out new putters.’

’11pm, broken wrist and she’s trying out new putters,’ Chris quipped in his caption.

The former Love Island contestant revealed their romance in August as he wrote sweetly wrote: ‘Yours,’ beneath a photo on Annabel’s Instagram.

The adorable snap showed her planting a kiss on his cheek and wrapping her arm around him.

Anna – who has played six seasons on the professional golfing circuit – captioned the sweet snap: ‘Handsomes,’ and made sure to tag her new beau in the post.

Representatives for Chris and Annabel have been contacted for comment.

The pair appeared to have been enjoying a date at Thorpe Park when the photo was taken, with Anna tagging the theme park as her location. 

It comes nearly three months after Chris was seen putting on a cosy display with fellow Love Islander Maura Higgins at Thorpe Park.

The influencer famously split from Jesy Nelson in April 2020, and revealed months later that life after their break-up was ‘a s**tstorm’.

He added they decided to call time on their 16-month relationship because they ‘grew apart’.

The reality star explained ‘not everything is meant to last’ but added he’s happy they’re still good friends in an interview with New magazine in April. 

He told the publication: ‘It’s just one of those things — people grow apart and things happen.

‘Not everything is meant to last and the world would be very weird if everyone who went out with someone was with them for the rest of their lives.’

‘I’m just grateful and fortunate that Jesy’s still a very good friend of mine.’

Chris also turned his attention to the future, saying that for him it’s important to find the ‘right person’ and that can’t be ‘rushed’.
