‘His death is an emotional time for her. And when it comes to scattering his ashes, she isn’t interested in honouring his memory respectfully.’

During his brief time in Walford, the villain threatened to kill himself and his daughter.

Gavin also murdered his sister Margaret Midhurst (Jan Harvey) by pushing her off a balcony, and even convinced Sharon to lie about how she died.

The fierce plot has seen outspoken Albert Square resident slowly poisoning her husband Ian.

The unlucky character – whose appearance has worsened due to the substance – sat down for dinner with Sharon and asked her to try some of his food.

Being caught out, the blonde confronted her spouse about her own son Dennis’ death – believing he killed him.

Ian was last seen throwing his phone away and getting on a train out of Walford following the confrontation.

A livid Kathy has now waged war on Sharon over the matter, with further tension set for screens in the coming weeks.
