And according to The Sun, the man in question has been unveiled as 30-year-old property developer Charlie, who is said to be worth £30million.
While he has amassed a fortune, the entrepreneur– whose firm Chase New Homes is building hundreds of properties in Hertfordshire – is not a fan of the limelight.
After messaging Ferne on Instagram, the pair were soon enjoying a string of memorable dates, with a source saying: ‘He charmed her with lavish dates and gifts.

‘But he isn’t keen on being in the public eye so he didn’t want to be part of her show. He’s very generous but quite shy so found the idea of fame overwhelming.’
Despite their fun-filled time together, the pair are said to have gone their separate ways in October.
MailOnline contacted a representative for Ferne McCann for comment at the time.
