Home and Away star, Rebecca Breeds, has sold her Sydney investment property.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the 33-year-old secured an impressive $810,000 for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom Narrabeen apartment.
Records show the Los Angeles-based actress bought the home more than 10 years ago in 2009 for just $490,000.

The publication claims that Rebecca began leasing the home in 2010 for $480-a-week, and a few years ago tenants were sought for the apartment at $540-a-week.
Located a short walk away from the lake front, the property boasts tree filtered views of the water and a sizable balcony for entertaining.

Rebecca and her husband, Luke Mitchell, also own an apartment in Cronulla together – which they lease.
The married stars secured the three-bedroom apartment, that is walking distance from the beach, for $1.425 million in 2017, according to realestate.com.au.

The couple began dating in 2009 after meeting on the set of Home and Away, and they later became love interests on the show.
Luke proposed in 2012 before the actors tied the knot a year later at a ceremony in New South Wales’ Kangaroo Valley.
A move to Los Angeles to further their careers followed in 2013, with Rebecca securing notable roles in Pretty Little Liars and The Originals, while, Luke has appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and The Tomorrow People.
