‘She is determined to give the challenge her all’: Frankie Bridge to follow in husband Wayne’s footsteps as she ‘signs up for I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’

Frankie Bridge has reportedly been offered a deal by ITV bosses as she ‘signs up for I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here’.

The Loose Women star would be following in her husband Wayne Bridge’s footsteps, who finished in fifth place on the 2016 series.

A source told The Sun ‘She is determined to give the challenge her all’ as the singer, 32, is rumoured to appear on the show.

The source told the publication: ‘Wayne really enjoyed his time in the Australian jungle, and Frankie is looking forward to giving the show a go too. She is pretty excited.

‘She is nervous about leaving Wayne and the boys for such a long time, but she is determined to give the challenge her all and really throw herself in.

‘Though with the show in Wales this year, Wayne unfortunately won’t be much help for tips.’

MailOnline has approached a representative of Frankie and ITV for a comment.

The rumours come as Frankie recalled the moment she ‘just lost it’ with a fellow plane passenger.

Speaking on Loose Women last week, the Saturdays star explained she had been asked to ‘control her child’ by another passenger.

Frankie was ‘triggered’ by the woman’s comment, telling fellow panelists Christine Lampard, Carol McGiffin and Brenda Edwards: ‘Maybe this is the time where I told someone to shut up. I argued with this woman.’

Frankie – who shares sons Parker, seven, and Carter, six, with her husband – added: ‘I think at one point I told her that she should go and get her own private jet if she can’t handle being with the general public.’

Frankie’s comments came as the panel discussed whether or not crying children should be banned from restaurants.

Elaborating her point, doting mum Frankie added: ‘With someone who you can tell are making the effort to stop their child from doing that, then what can you say?’

She added: ‘If they’re just sitting on their phone ignoring them and you’re trying to have a nice meal or whatever, then I completely understand.’

‘But the word ”control”… I had someone on a flight come up to me once and say, ”You need to control your naughty child” – it’s quite triggering for me!’
