The reality star told The Sun’s Fabulous magazine in May: ‘I’ve lost about 10lb during lockdown – that’s in two months, so a pound a week.
‘That’s just because I’m not eating takeaways and I’m not travelling up and down the country for work, stopping at services for meals. I’ve been cooking really healthy meals for myself.
‘When I get up, I workout straightaway with my dad for an hour, because that makes me feel great. Then I’ll have brunch with my dad and get a few jobs done, walk the dog.’
In 2018, Sophie lost two stone and has continued to shed the pounds, thanks to her healthier lifestyle.
In a post to mark World Mental Health Day earlier this month, the reality TV personality told how she was filled with ‘constant negative thoughts’ and was in a very dark place when she was bigger.
She said: ‘I was unhappy, unhappy with my body my mentality wasn’t good, constant negative thoughts , putting myself down, hating who I was and in a dark place.
‘Fulfilling my depression with late nights, partying, food and negativity. I find it hard to talk about that dark place as it brings bad sadness and low vibrations.
‘For me I found strength from within speaking to my friends , family about my thoughts , not putting a front on and hiding. We now live in a world where it’s ok not to be ok.’ (sic)
