The TV personality said that she tested negative for COVID-19, but that doctors were keeping her in for the next three days.
She told her followers: ‘What a difference a good shower and some fresh clothes make.
‘My friends Tom and Nicole came up here and they brought me clothes, knickers, a toothbrush.
‘At first I was like “oh, don’t be silly, you’ve not got to do that. When they did honestly it makes such a difference. It has hit differently. I feel so fresh.

‘And I’ve had my first little stroll around the room which has made me feel better.
‘I’m meant to be attached to [the drip] the whole time, but when you get in the shower they take it off so I had a little stroll and I reckon I am on the route to recovery.
‘Or that might be because I’ve just had my paracetamol and that always makes you feel good.
‘But listen the point is Merry Christmas everyone. I’m feeling better. Love you all. Love my friends, love my family and I’m so grateful for everyone who has helped me recently. I just love yous.’
On her page, she shared a mirror selfie from her hospital bed as she wrote: ‘If you swipe left you can see I’m stuck in the hospital this Christmas on a constant drip and I even need to pee in a plastic box so the doctors can keep track (nice right).

Health battle: Georgia revealed she’s been hospitalised and placed on a drip during her trip to Dubai on Christmas Eve (Thursday)
Georgia took to Instagram Stories on Thursday to share a video from her hospital bed that showed the drip attached to her arm.
She wrote: ‘I don’t want to panic you all because I’m in a stable condition, but I’ve got to be kept in for three days.
‘That’s why I’m not out with everyone tonight. I’ve never spent Christmas Eve on my own, let alone in hospital in Dubai.
‘This has been the maddest week of my life. It’s not COVID – they’ve done a COVID test, so that’s one thing.
Worrying: The reality star admitted she’s ‘scared’ of the prospect of spending Christmas alone as she told fans doctors are keeping her in for the next three days
It’s not that! Georgia told fans that she’d been hospitalised despite testing negative for COVID-19, and was in a ‘stable condition’
‘My throat is fine. But it could be other things. I am a bit scared, but I’m going to keep everyone updated. I love you all.’
Georgia added she’d be turning off her mobile phone as she was ‘worried’ about her mum being bombarded with message regarding her welfare.
The star did go onto praise hospital staff for their care, insisting that despite the prospect of spending Christmas alone she was being well looked-after.
It comes after Georgia’s ex Stephen Bear has said he was ‘tempted’ to fake a suicide attempt after she accused him of secretly filming her and showing others the CCTV.

The CBB star posted a now-deleted video to his Instagram Stories last week where he revealed he wanted to ‘make everyone feel sorry for me’.
It came just hours after Georgia declared she’ll do ‘everything’ in her power to help victims of revenge porn following her shock allegations – which Stephen has previously denied.
In his Instagram video, Stephen could be seen laughing before he said: ‘I was so tempted to do the ultimate narcissist move, and make everyone feel sorry for me.
‘All I’ve had to do is get one of my mates to save me, because I could easily set that up, and all you people would have been like [shocked expression] and then you backtrack and you delete all your comments.
‘But you’re lucky that I’m so strong, because I don’t give a monkeys what anyone thinks apart from myself or my immediate family.’

Stephen also mocked Georgia’s crying in the video suggesting she had been faking emotion when she discussed the alleged sex tape.
Filming the selfie video, he said: ‘Look at this one, you ready? Action’ before pretending to cry and switching off the tears to announce ‘take two… You are going to look so stupid.’
Stephen again appeared to reference the recent furore when speaking about doing a parachute jump in Dubai earlier on Thursday.
Speaking to the camera, Stephen said: ‘Some of you might get your wish if the parachute doesn’t open… but I’m doing it. These are my last words, I love you all.’
It comes after Georgia vowed to get justice in a tweet shared to Twitter on Thursday, where she declared she’ll do ‘everything’ in her power to help victims of revenge porn following her shock allegations about her ex – who has since denied the claims
The media personality’s close friend Montana Brown threw her support behind her pal as she branded her ‘the kindest person’ and insisted she’s ‘disgusted’ by the reported ordeal.
Tearful: Earlier this month, Stephen was forced to deny claims that he made a video of his former girlfriend at his home while they were dating
