On Tuesday, News.com.au reported that Greg and his wife, Kiki, had sold Seven Lakes for $52million, one year after listing it for $60million.

The sale is expected to be finalised in the coming weeks, the website states.

Greg will pocket an impressive profit from the sale, as he’d purchased the ranch for a comparatively paltry $12million back in 2004.

Nestled in the White River Valley of the Flat Tops Mountains, the ranch comes with horse-riding trails, a saloon, dance hall and access to a 3km private river.

The property also boasts a 1,300-square-metre lodge with eight bedrooms and a home cinema.

The sale of Seven Lakes comes just a month after Greg offloaded his Jupiter Island ranch in Florida for $78million.

The sporting icon managed to secure a buyer in just two weeks after putting it up for sale on January 27.

According to the New York Post, the home was sold to the family of billionaire Leslie Wexner – the founder of L Brands which owns Victoria’s Secret.
