Speaking about her partnership with new food service MuscleFood, the social media star explained: ‘I’ve been staying away from the scales, but I’d like to feel more comfortable in my clothes by the end of the three-month Goal Getters meal plan.
‘I’m measuring my progress more on how I feel and how I look, than a number on the scales. I’m back at a size 10 now for the first time since Love Island which shows the plan is already working it’s magic!’
She went on: ‘I had a lot of ”guilt” around what I was eating because I knew I should be making smarter choices when it comes to nutrition.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline in August, Shaughna revealed that her mum, Tracy, followed her around with a mop during her ‘messy and long’ recovery from surgery on her legs.
Speaking about the surgery she had on her legs last September, Shaughna – who suffers with lipedema – admitted that her confidence has skyrocketed but she does worry that other people don’t think there’s any significant difference.
