Inside Katie Price’s 32nd birthday celebrations for beau Carl Woods

Katie Price has shared a glimpse of her lavish birthday celebrations for her boyfriend Carl Woods, after the pair escaped a fine for travelling in lockdown.

The model, 42, appeared in a slew of snaps and videos from the occasion including plenty of balloons, personalised treats and a specially-written song from her son Harvey.

It came just days after Katie and Carl were caught faking their Valentine’s Day weekend while they travelled 150 miles to a log cabin in Shropshire, escaping punishment by claiming their trip was for a ‘work shoot.’

In a post to Instagram Carl showed off Katie’s lengthy efforts to celebrate his birthday, including decorating her home with silver balloons spelling his name and new age.

The hunk also shared a video of the personalised biscuits he’d received for the occasion which were decorated with his name in silver icing.

Days earlier Katie also shared a sweet video of her son Harvey, 18, performing a song for Carl’s birthday as they presented him with a chocolate cake.

After he finished his song, the teenager said: ‘Happy Birthday Carl’, to which the car businessman replied: ‘Woah. Thank you, Harv. Did you make this?’.

Katie said: ‘Well done Harv and that was great singing on the keyboard.’

Katie captioned the video: ‘Couldn’t resist @officialmrharveyprice made @carljwoods birthday cake too xx’.

The television personality also shared a video of Harvey reading out his handmade card of a large green frog to Carl.

He said in the short clip: ‘Ready? To Carl, I wish you a Happy 32nd Birthday. Happy Birthday Carl. Love from Harvey’.

Katie replied: ‘Beautiful’, with the teenager blowing an air kiss to the camera.

It comes after Katie and Carl escaped a fine from police after travelling from Essex to Shropshire for a secret stay in a luxury log cabin for Valentine’s Day.

The former glamour model had tried to fool fans into thinking Carl had built the cabin in their own garden and stuffed it with pink balloons, roses and cake.

But the pair had actually travelled nearly 200 miles to stay at the woodland resort.

When questioned by police, the pair explained they were there for a photoshoot. As this counts as work, they did not break lockdown travel rules.

The couple had attempted to cover up the trip by faking their weekend plans, as Katie claimed on Sunday that she and Carl were spending the romantic holiday at his home in a ‘love cabin’ he had prepared in his back garden.

The lavish decorations, including a wall of roses and a three-tier cake, matched those in pictures Katie shared online.

The mother-of-five, who moved in with her dealer boyfriend last year, told The Sun at the weekend: ‘I never expected all of this. There’s a cabin in the garden and the decorations are unbelievable.

‘So much thought has gone into it and he didn’t get anything for free – he designed and paid for it all himself.’

According to current coronavirus restrictions, all non-essential travel has been banned amid the UK’s third lockdown.

Government guidelines state that a person cannot leave their home or the place where they are living for holidays or overnight stays unless they have a reasonable excuse for doing so.

This means that holidays in the UK and abroad are not allowed, and includes staying in a second home or caravan, if that is not their primary residence.

The rules also apply to those staying with anyone who they don’t live with unless they’re in your support bubble.

Katie’s representative declined to comment to MailOnline.
