With a hooped, belted portion at the waist, the throwback frock brought to mind the height of 1970s fashion.

A pair of towering, knee-high gold boots tied with white laces added to the frisky, vintage feel of the ensemble.

Posing in front of a glowing disco call, Jack beamed while taking a rest between bouts of back-breaking choreography with his buff back-up dancers.

The parade will be held at the Sydney Cricket Ground on March 6, instead of Oxford Street due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Jack’s announcement follows him detailing his experience on coming out as gay at age 19.

Speaking on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O show in January, the pop star claimed he left his then-girlfriend distraught when he broke the news to her during what was supposed to be a romantic beach escape on their two-year anniversary.

‘I personally came out when I was 19 and then I did The Voice in 2019 and that was sort of when it became more of a thing,’ Jack said.

The former Australia’s Got Talent winner recalled how his ex ‘cried for a long time’ over the news. But Jack said he didn’t know how she didn’t see it sooner.

‘I don’t know how she didn’t [suspect it]. I’m as camp as a row of tents! She just didn’t pick up on it,’ he said with a laugh.
