Jennifer Lopez pays homage to Madonna while fiance Alex Rodriguez dresses up as Bruce Springsteen

She’s a major pop star in her own right.

But Jennifer Lopez paid homage to one of her biggest idols as she dressed up like Madonna for Halloween on Saturday night. 

The 51-year-old superstar took inspiration from Madge’s Like A Virgin music video while fiance Alex Rodriguez dressed up as The Boss, Bruce Springsteen. 

Lopez sported a white lace bustier paired with a fluffy white tulle skirt adorned with hearts while parading around as the queen of pop.

She added a pair of lace, elbow-length fingerless gloves and patent leather white pumps to her ’80s inspired ensemble.

In addition to massive silver star earrings, Jennifer wrapped a host of long pearl necklaces around her neck with a sparkling diamond cross front and center. 

Her caramel colored curls were tousled on top of her head and she emphasized her eyes with smoky shadows.

She shared a host of shots on Instagram with captions of lyrics from the song, including: ‘I made it through the wilderness’ and ‘didn’t know how lost I was until I found you.’

Like A Virgin was released in 1984 and is listed in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s ‘500 Songs That Shaped Rock And Roll’ for its incredible commercial success. 

While Jennifer rocked out, Alex played his part with a perfectly styled throwback costume as The Boss.

He showed off his muscular arms in a cut-off denim vest and tied bandanas around his wrists and head. 

Nick Silva, former professional pitcher For The White Sox, joined the crew as rapper Bad Bunny.
