Joan exuded sophistication in a figure-hugging black dress covered with sparkling diamantes with an eye-catching thigh high split.

She finished off her look with a slick of her signature scarlet lipstick, smudge of eyeliner and smoky eyeshadow.

Joan beamed next to Piers, who looked as dapper as ever in a slate grey suit with a crisp white shirt underneath and shiny black shoes.

Percy cut a suave figure in a plaid suit and open collar blue shirt underneath as he  wrapped an arm around his wife.

Joan also posed for photos with Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon, who layered a grey blazer over a green T-shirt and opted for slim-fit black trousers.

Joining them at the book launch, was Piers’ wife and author Celia Walden, who wowed in a turquoise dress featuring cutouts to give a peak at her midriff.

Also on hand was Princess Beatrice, looking elegant in a black dress with a peplum hem, paired with a gauzy blouse and matching scarf.

She smiled alongside her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, two months after they welcomed their daughter Sienna Elizabeth.

Gabriela, 44, is a society nutritionist who counts royals and A-list celebrities in her clientele.

The Czech-born former model has a reputation for being a no-judgement nutritionist whose clients pay £270 a session to get results while still letting their hair down.

The stars were out in Tuesday to celebrate her new book, 2 Weeks to Feeling Great, in which she advocates for the 4:3 diet – where people fast three days a week.

Her methods have been praised by her close friend Princess Beatrice, as well as Jodie Kidd and Dame Joan – with Tatler even claiming the royal has her ‘on speed dial anytime she needs advice on looking and feeling fabulous’.
