Kim Kardashian self-recorded the COVID-19 pandemic onset as Kanye West and her sister Khloe both tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday’s episode of KUWTK.
The season 19 episode titled ‘Things Fall Apart: COVID-19’ opened with Kim, 40, and Scott Disick, 37, discussing the declaration of a state of emergency by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 4 in response to novel coronavirus infections.
‘This is really wild. Have they said how long, or they’re not giving that?,’ Scott wondered.

Khloe received a house call from family physician Doctor Boris Vaisman after getting a sore throat and feeling achy with Kim there for support.
‘Yesterday, I started feeling sick. And today I’m feeling worse and worse, and just as a precautionary, I really wanted to call Dr. Boris. He’s offered to give me a test for coronavirus. I am hoping that it’s nothing more than just a flu. But with all of the talks of Corona just starting to spread, I have to be smart and responsible and take the test,’ Khloe said in a confessional.

The doctor swabbed her nose and warned of a ‘little tickle’.
‘I don’t like that,’ Khloe said as she recoiled from the swabbing.
The doctor told Khloe he didn’t think it was coronavirus because she hadn’t been traveling, but promised definite results in a few days.

Khloe asked what she should do with her two-year-old daughter True and she was advised to self-quarantine in her room.
She decided to isolate and hoped that True’s father Tristan Thompson, 29, could take care of their daughter.
The doctor and Kim then left Khloe to quarantine until her test result came back.

Kim at her home offered her mother Kris Jenner, 64, and half-sister Kendall Jenner, 24, a ‘medicine tea ball’ while they were catching up.
Kris said ‘everybody at our offices’ had started working at home to keep the virus from spreading as Kendall shared that she tested negative for coronavirus.
Kim and husband Kanye, 43, also had been tested, but were awaiting their results.

Kim said that she heard a ’30-day lockdown’ might be imposed and Kendall wondered if they would get a warning.

Khloe while quarantining learned that her best friend Malika Haqq, 37, was in labor with her first child and was heartbroken that she couldn’t go to the hospital to support her.
She called Malikka who urged Khloe to take care of herself while having close contractions during their conversation.
Governor Newsom was then shown in a news report as he directed a statewide order for people to stay at home.
