Kylie Jenner requests restraining order against burglary suspect and alleged stalker who broke into a nearby home in her gated community

Kylie Jenner is seeking court protection against a man who was allegedly arrested for burglary in her gated community.

The 23-year-old reality star went to court on Friday and filed documents requesting a restraining order against a man named Justin Bergquist.

Bergquist allegedly broke into a home in Kylie’s Hidden Hills community last month before attempting it a second time, TMZ reports.

Kylie Jenner has requested a restraining order against a man named Justin Bergquist who broke into a nearby house in her community and said he was looking for the reality star

The website reports that Bergquist didn’t manage to take anything during the first break-in – and during his second attempt to get inside the gated community, security stopped him in his tracks.

It was then that he allegedly told cops that he was there to see Kylie.

A source tells TMZ that Bergquist may have mistakenly thought the first home he broke into was Kylie’s but it’s not clear if that’s the case.

The man was arrested for burglary and trespassing and court records show he’s due in court next month after pleading not guilty to the burglary charge.

While on vacation this week the family had a little fun as Kylie posted a TikTok where she and her sisters and mom Kris Jenner, went through their famous phone rolodex and prank FaceTimed some of their closest friends.

The ‘squad’ sat facing the iphone as they called Tristan Thompson, Travis Scott, The Biebers, Addison Rae, David Chappelle, and a handful of others who were shook nonetheless at seeing the ladies staring back at them without talking or moving.

Responses ranged from, ‘Am I in trouble,’ to panic laughter, to bewildered hellos.
