Darenote Limited handles royalties from Kylie’s records and income from her performances and was set up in 1990 when she moved to the UK.

Earlier this year, it was revealed the Grammy winner is planning to quit the UK after 30 years and return to Australia where she made her name as an actress in Neighbours.

But the company paperwork has said that it will remain as a ‘going concern’ in the UK.

As well as generating the huge profits last year and paying out the huge dividend, Kylie is still owed more than £560,000 that she has loaned the company, the paperwork reveals. She also had to pay a £150,000 corporation tax bill.

Kylie said she was stunned by the public reaction to her decision to return to Australia in an interview with Zoe Ball on BBC Radio 2.

She said: ‘I have spent a lot of time with my family this year in Australia and it felt really good and I have been talking about that for a while. Don’t worry, I will not be a stranger.’

She plans to continue dating her GQ executive boyfriend Paul Solomons, 46, who will stay in London.

She said during a recent appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show: ‘I’ll still be splitting my time. I had people texting me saying, “I’ve got to see you before you go!”

‘Firstly, I’m still here. It was crazy, but beautiful and overwhelming.’

While she didn’t confirm where exactly she plans to live, she will most likely settle in Melbourne – the city where she was born and where her family reside.
