And ahead of her new role, Laura Whitmore appeared to be in bright spirits as she strolled through London on Sunday morning.
The TV presenter, 35, looked effortlessly chic in a green and polka dot dress as she made her way to BBC studios to present her Radio 5 Live show.

Laura’s vibrant midi dress featured red piping, a red floral pattern and polka dot detailing to add delicate details to the incredibly chic ensemble.
To protect herself from the chilly British weather, Laura rocked a black wool coat.
She completed her stylish ensemble with a clashing leopard print satchel, box fresh white trainers with a platform and a delicate pendant necklace.
The radio broadcaster and TV presenter styled her honeyed blonde locks in a straight hairdo, and opted for a soft make-up look.

Laura made her debut as Celebrity Juice captain on the 22 October.
Earlier this month, she and Emily Atack announced they’d be replacing Holly Willoughby and Spice Girls’ Mel B as team captains, just four months after Holly left her 12-year stint.
ITV2’s comedy panel series will see comedian Keith return host eight episodes this autumn, followed by two 60-minute specials.
In a cheery, socially-distanced snap, the famous funnyman joined his latest sidekicks as they toasted to their new jobs with glasses of champagne.
