She is joined on stage by former EastEnders star Jake Wood, City Of Angels actor Hadley Fraser and Julia Chan of Silent House.
The play follows Jenny, who believes her new home is haunted but her husband Sam (Hadley) remains skeptical.
They argue with their first dinner guests, old friend Lauren (Julia) and new partner Ben (Jake) and decide to stay awake until 2.22am to discover the truth.
Both Lily’s husband David, who stars in Stranger Things, and her two daughters have been pictured leaving the show on occasion to show their support.
The songstress has acting in her blood, with her father Keith starring in a number of high profile dramas and films including Trainspotting, Agent Cody Banks and BBC’s Robin Hood.
