He is set to host the new season of Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

And on Wednesday, British billionaire Lord Alan Sugar surprised the celebrities as they filmed a challenge for the series in Sydney.

The 73-year-old looked dapper in a navy suit jacket, matching pants, a blue tie and a white buttoned shirt as he arrived on the set of the show.

He accessorised his ensemble with navy shoes and was spotted filming alongside activewear queen Lorna Jane Clarkson and Boost Juice founder Janine Allis.

Lord Sugar was also seen watching the celebrities as they completed a challenge for the series.

After filming ended, he enjoyed a break and was spotted chatting to several crew members.

Meanwhile, Martha Kalifatidis and Anthony Callea are two of the confirmed 13 celebrities taking part in the show.

When she was announced as part of the line-up, Martha said on Instagram: ‘Obviously, I’ll bring the drama… It’s basically 2016 again and I’m in the principal’s office, except the principal is Lord Sugar, and he is not sugar-coating it.’

The Block star Shaynna Blaze is taking part too, and is proud to be representing her chosen charity, Voice of Change.

Former Biggest Loser host Michelle Bridges, English comedian Ross Noble, actor Rob Shehadie, fashion designer Camilla Franks and The Veronicas have also joined the cast.

Radio host Michael ‘Wippa’ Wipfli, professional surfer Alex Hayes as well as Olympic gymnast Olivia Vivian round out the line-up.

Lord Sugar, who has appeared on 15 seasons of the hit show in the UK, will eliminate the celebrities with his signature catchphrase, ‘You’re fired’.
