Alexandra wowed in the video as she frolicked and teased a new project.

Despite the chilly climes in the capital, she was still sporting very little while inside her chic flat and showing off her ripped figure.

She was also preened to perfection with her raven tresses coiffed while she was also perfectly sun-kissed in the sizzling video.

Last week, the stunner shared a candid image of her ‘bloated’ stomach as she admitted she ‘looks like this the majority of the time’.

She took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday to express her frustration at her ‘gut issues’ and declared she wants a ‘tummy replacement’.

After overhauling her diet and losing two stone in just three months last year, the fitness enthusiast claimed she doesn’t boast toned abs ‘every day’ and urged her fans to avoid obsessing over having a ‘flat stomach all the time’.

The make-up artist stripped down to her underwear in the picture, alongside the note: ‘Not every day abs trust meeeee. Majority of the time I look like this so please don’t obsess over having a flat stomach all the time… it’s just not realistic.’ (sic)

In a separate post, the reality star, who was previously diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, said she’s struggled with bloating for years.

The media personality explained: ‘Literally sick to my stomach of having gut issues. It’s been ongoing for years and it’s driving me mad.

‘I wish someone would just be able to stick a camera in there and see what the deal is. Give me a tummy replacement or something. It’s so uncomfortable.’ (sic)

What is IBS and what are the symptoms?

IBS is a functional disorder of the gastrointestinal tract, characterised by recurrent abdominal pain and discomfort, accompanied by alterations in bowel function.

It is hard to diagnose, as symptoms can vary widely, and needs to be monitored over a period of approximately 12 weeks for a proper diagnosis.

Fortunately, unlike more serious intestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease, IBS doesn’t cause inflammation or changes in bowel tissue, or increase the risk of colorectal cancer.

Symptoms of IBS can include: frequent bowel movements (more than three a day) or infrequent bowel movements (less than three a week), abnormal stool form (lumpy/hard or loose/watery), abnormal stool passage (straining, urgency or feeling of incomplete evacuation), extreme bloating, lethargy, nausea, abdominal pain or cramping, flatulence and mucus in the stool.

Symptoms may be intermittent and can range from severe to mild.

Earlier this year, Alexandra exclusively told MailOnline that she never has days when she doesn’t want to get out of bed and exercise.

The TV star insisted ‘exercise is an absolute must’ as she discussed staying motivated during the coronavirus lockdown and her new Summer Shred fitness programme.

While some may have found it easy to reach for the snacks and have days bingeing Netflix while in isolation, the brunette, who dropped from 11 stone down to nine, revealed that would never be the case for her.

When asked if she lets her standards slip on occasion, the media personality confidently replied: ‘Nope! I don’t have days like that!

‘I can’t, because then I know that I’ll go back into those same habits that I used to have. Everyday I know how exercise makes me feel and it makes me feel so amazing, I almost crave it.

‘Every morning I’m like ‘I must do something!’ I always set myself challenges and then I know I can relax. I don’t really watch TV, I read books, self-improvement books.

‘I do a lot of research, I’m currently studying at the moment, I do charity work, just things that make me feel good really.’
