‘I just can’t wait to actually have PEOPLE in my flat rather than just me on my Tod. Party at mine when Boris lifts the lockdown,’ the reality star said.

‘PS. I’m 30 in June so please everyone stay indoors for now,’ Alexandra begged her fans. What. A. Year. ROLL ON SUMMER 2021,’ signed off the brunette bombshell with enthusiasm.

Last month, Alexandra reduced her workouts and started eating bigger, well-balanced portions of food when she lost her periods due to grief.

Woman on a mission: ‘I’ve spent the whole year building pretty much… building beds, bicycles, chairs… building resilience, my own clothing brand…’ Alexandra told her followers

‘One of my hormones was totally out of balance,’ she told fans on her Instagram.

‘Your health should come first above any aesthetic goal or other reasons for restricting food/over exercising,’ said the sensible reality star.

She continued: ‘Whether you want to lose weight/gain weight just make sure you’re doing it for health reasons and for better quality of life, not from pain.’

‘Some Pilates/yoga/LISS whatever feels good for my body right now. I’m injured & no access to a gym- HIIT is a no go for a number of reasons: my knee injury & minimising stress on the body. & yes I am eating more!!!’ (sic)

After falling off a treadmill late last year and tearing a ligament, Alexandra has reduced her level of exercise to allow her injury to recover.

Earlier this year, she also shared a tearful video as she discussed coping with grief.

The former Love Island star declared that she ‘holds the power to heal,’ and ‘will get through this’, as she shared words of encouragement with her followers who are also struggling with loss.
