‘I used to think that line “lose a stone in 6 weeks” was all lies, but that’s exactly what I did. And a little bit extra.’

Before her transformation, Amber candidly admitted last month that she was struggling to find the motivation to lose weight in a clip shared to Instagram.

The Love Island 2019 winner, who already boasted a sensational figure, confessed she initially told herself ‘I was going to become a fitness freak’ when the UK plunged into lockdown for a second time, but instead found herself chilling in her PJs at 2PM.

A make-up free Amber told her followers: ‘I’m still in my dressing gown, it’s still so cosy.

‘In lockdown, I said I was going to become a fitness freak and I was going to shift this stone as I’m not putting on another stone in lockdown, it’s not happening.

‘Yet here I am, still just mad chilling. I can’t get up, the weather is so horrible, I’m so cosy and I don’t want to go outside at all. I’m disappointed in myself, I can’t help how I feel. Does anyone else feel the same or am I by myself?’

In November, the former beautician also said she’d been receiving online abuse about her appearance after putting on weight.

Admitting she was left ‘shocked’ by her heavier figure, the influencer shared her support to others who had gone through the same experience.

The media personality uploaded a typically stunning picture of herself posing in a clingy bodysuit and khaki green trousers alongside a lengthy caption which read: ‘Not me on tiktok being fat shamed?! What? First of all we are in a pandemic.

‘Second How do people look so closely that they notice before I even notice. I’ve been living in hoodies and sweatpants for the whole of this year and ended up putting on a whole stone!

‘I can’t lie I was shocked but I cannot cook to save my life so it was takeout breakfast lunch and dinner so I don’t know what I expected And with another lockdown potentially on the horizon it could happen again.

‘I’m sure the people that commented are the image of perfection so thank you for that. Whoever put on weight this year don’t worry I’m with you.’ (sic)
