Love Island’s Faye Winter and Teddy Soares reveal they’re moving in together… as they move on from ’embarrassing’ row that broke the show’s Ofcom record
Love Island finalists Faye Winter and Teddy Soares revealed on Friday’s episode of This Morning that they plan to move in together – after overcoming their explosive fight in the villa that generated 24,763 Ofcom complaints.
The couple came third on the ITV2 show, which came to a climax on Monday evening, and now plan to get a place together after they’ve finished their mandatory isolation period.
‘The future for us is looking really bright,’ beamed Faye as she put the drama of the past behind her. ‘As soon as we can we’ll be back together… we are going to be looking for a place.’

Faye explained of the big move: ‘It’s going to be that I will spend half my time there and half my time in Devon.
‘We’re still in a honeymoon period and we still want to be able to have a real relationship but it will be our place,’ she added.
The reality star also admitted she hasn’t seen her outburst, which was branded ‘horrendous’, ‘abusive’, and ‘gaslighting’ by fans, on TV since returning to the UK.
‘I actually haven’t watched it back,’ Faye said. ‘We were living it and in the moment and it’s not nice for anyone to see.’
Past drama: It comes after Faye has been the subject of more Ofcom complaints after her explosive fight with Teddy in the villa which saw her repeatedly swear at her beau
She continued: ‘I’m embarrassed. I’ve apologised on more than one occasion and we’re over it now as a couple and it made us stronger and we’re looking forward to the future.
‘It’s a shame it was such a big part of the show,’ she added of the explosive scenes that generated a record breaking 24,763 Ofcom complaints.
Teddy looked upbeat throughout the interview and supported Faye by adding: ‘We understand each other quite well so I understand why she’d be annoyed.
‘It’s a surreal moment that would never happen in the real world. I was so understanding of the way that she was and I was devastated I hurt her because I never like seeing her cry.’

Faye’s Ofcom record-breaking was the most expletive-ridden episode of Love Island ever, with reports that contestants swore 125 times, while Faye is said to have said ‘f**k’ 57 times.
But Faye has brushed the drama to one side as she returned back to the UK, however, as she posed for snaps with Teddy at the airport earlier this week.
The duo cuddled up for a snap uploaded by Teddy, who was sure to add a cheesy caption to it: ‘They say don’t catch feelings, catch flights, what if you’ve caught both? #sorrynotsorry’
Faye also posted, writing: ‘Our journey on the love island might of come to an end but I’m so excited to start the next part of this journey with Teddy by my side of course in our crocs.
‘We have lots to catch up on but I can’t wait for what the future holds for us! See you on the other side ❤️ [sic]’
