The reality star put on her best fighting post as she sat in the splits with her fists up in pink boxing gloves.
She wrote alongside the gym snap: ‘Anyone who studies spiritually will understand that everyone has both masculine and feminine energy in them.
‘I like to embrace both to the full yes i like fighting, yes i can have banter like I’m one of the boys but i also love cooking, doing my makeup, spending hours picking my nail colour, being looked after and i shouldn’t have to tone down my true persona or my energy for f**king anyone.
‘I would rather give off too much masculine energy than be the sort of person that wastes their energy judging other people.
‘So here’s a picture of me embracing my masculine energy, harnessing my skills and sculpting my body at the same time… sorry if that intimidates u and your fake a**.’
