She shot to fame during 2019’s edition of Love Island, where she captured the hearts of the nation with her wild antics and romance with co-star Tommy Fury.

Arguably the show’s most successful alum, who remains solid with her boxer boyfriend Tommy, 22, took part in a recent Q&A where she shocked viewers by dropping the surprise bombshell.

The self-tanning brand owner explained: ‘I’ve been getting so many questions about the new contestants and I wasn’t going to speak about it.

‘Obviously the last two years I have spent so much time not necessarily removing myself, because my job was an influencer before.

‘But I wanted to go back to what I was doing before without that brand of being a Love Islander or just being known for that.

‘I definitely have spent a lot of time since I came out of the show removing myself from that stereotype and by doing that I just don’t speak about it a lot.’

The model revealed that she didn’t want to be placed in ‘the Love Island bracket’ so had opted not to write about this year’s contestants on her social media profiles.

‘My work is so important and my job is everything to me and I guess I think about these things a lot,’ she said.

‘That’s quite an honest thing for me to tell you guys, but that’s just the truth.’

Upon exiting the Mallorcan villa, Molly was met with Instagram followers in the six-figure region, which have since grown to 5.8 million.

Months later, she inked a reported £500,000 deal with Pretty Little Thing and has recently re-signed as a brand ambassador to launch her fifth clothing edit.
