She added: ‘Know your worth. Do your best to not let others dictate your individuality. If someone was truly secure in their own life they wouldn’t feel the need to comment negatively on yours.’

The post comes after Elizabeth showed off her slender figure after losing 10kgs last year.

At the time, Elizabeth told WHO magazine that she follows the popular 5:2 diet, which can improve one’s metabolism and result in weight loss.

The 5:2 approach involves eating 25 per cent of the recommended calorie intake on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally for the other five days that week.

In addition, Elizabeth said she works out several times a week to reduce stress.

While exercise burns fat and builds muscle, the added effect of reducing stress results in lower levels of cortisol – a hormone that stimulates your appetite.

Despite her stunning weight loss, Elizabeth said she does not want to ‘glorify’ being thin.

‘It’s still very much me. I know people are going to say, “Well, you look completely different to how we saw you last year.” But don’t always focus on the outer shell,’ she said at the time.

‘This has always been me. We grow, as people. I don’t glorify weight [loss] and be like, “I’m better now”.’
