At one point the crew even managed to load a massive crate in one of the trucks.

No word official word yet on if Manson actually is moving or where he is headed but he has been at the center of plenty of controversy in recent months.

The 36-year-old model is one of 15 women – including actresses Evan Rachel Wood and Esme Bianco – who have made similar claims about the singer.

Smithline – who had a relationship with Manson that spanned two years – is featured in the explosive cover story of the latest issue of People magazine as she gave her account of their relationship as she said: ‘I survived a monster.’

The shocking claims made by the model include that she was sexual assaulted by Manson several times, he cut her with a swastika-emblazoned knife despite her being of Jewish descent, shoved his fist in her mouth during sex, forced her to do a blood pact, and was locked into a soundproof room called ‘the bad girls room’ whenever she made him angry.

Smithline first named Manson as her accuser in an Instagram post back in February before calling him the ‘most terrifying monster in the world’ in the People feature.

DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Manson and has not heard back as of yet.

A spokesperson for the artist did respond to People over the piece as his team ‘strongly deny her claims’ and that the relationship barely lasted a week.

‘There are so many falsehoods within her claims that we wouldn’t know where to begin to answer them,’ the statement to the weekly read. ‘This relationship, to the limited extent it was a relationship, didn’t last one week.’

People reports that Smithline provided the publication with emails and messages she claimed were from Manson which had spanned more than two years.

She said that she first came into contact with Manson in the summer of 2010 as Manson had reached out to her about an acting role in a film while she was modeling in Asia.

The two began chatting and finding a deeper connection through shared love of art and literature before things started to get ‘slowly more and more invasive’ and even asked her to find Nazi memorabilia despite her Jewish background, Smithline claimed.

Smithline said that she first flew to Los Angeles to meet him in November 2010 before she moved into his West Hollywood apartment.

She alleges that the abuse had started while filming and that the first time he had whipped her bare back as she lay face down and naked on his bed.

Smithline went on to claim that the physical abuse then turned sexual and alleges that the first time he raped her, she woke up screaming in the morning while realizing her arms were tied.

She claimed that Manson had been penetrating her while she was sleeping as she explained: ‘He kept telling me, ‘You can’t rape someone that you’re in love with.’

Smithline also told the publication that when she had withered to less than 80lbs, Manson would cut her protruding ribs and once carved his initials into her thigh as she still has a scar.

She told People of seeing the marking  on her leg: ‘I was brainwashed, and it makes me feel disgusting.’

As if that already wasn’t gruesome enough, Smithline claimed that they had a blood pact just weeks into their relationship.

‘He cut me on my stomach and then drank my blood. Then, he had me drink his,’ Smithline explained. ‘The more I let him hurt me, the more I loved him and the more I was proving myself to him.’

She also said that over their two-year relationship she had been sent to the ‘bad girls room’ more than 100 times.

‘If I had to pee while he was replaying one of his songs I’d heard 30,000 times, I’d have to be locked in the box,’ she said. ‘I was malnourished and cold.’

As Smithline worked as a model in Asia for months at a time, she would return to LA to be with the Beautiful People singer throughout their relationship as she alleged that her nose had been broken during a rape struggle just before she had to take a 17-hour flight to Japan for a modeling job.

She also claimed that Manson – who is currently being investigated for domestic violence by the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department – threw a knife from across the room toward her and barely missed her face.

‘At one point I asked him, “Do you want me to kill myself? Do you want me to just f***ing kill myself?” she said and in response Manson scoffed and forced her to watch suicide scenes from movies, Smithline claimed.

The model claimed that the first time she ever tried to leave the musician was about a year into their relationship and after he had reprimanded her for feeling drowsy at 3am during a video shoot but she was unable to leave.

‘I want to think that I never went back again,’ Smithline said. ‘I wanted to go back on my terms and be in control, but it doesn’t ever work like that’

Even if she moved from his house, she still continued to see Manson during his tour breaks until January 2013.

Smithline said that her healing process did not fully begin until September 2020 when she met up with Wood, Bianco, and several of Manson’s other alleged victims.

She said: ‘Being with the other girls, these feelings of guilt and shame have lessened.’

Smithline said that even up to this day she continues to struggle with OCD, night terrors and PTSD but hopes that speaking out will help stop Manson.

However, there is one thing she wants to make clear as she said: ‘I’m not a victim. I’m a f***ing survivor. I want people to know who he is, and it’s worth it if not one more woman gets hurt again.’

Last week Games of Thrones actress Esme Bianco filed a lawsuit in federal court against Marilyn Manson, accusing the musician of raping, beating and torturing her, after bringing her from the UK to LA under false pretenses.

The explosive 10-page complaint, which was filed in US District Court for the Central District of California  on Friday, alleges sexual assault and battery, and violation of Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages and attorneys’ fees.

Bianco, 38, who is best known for playing the prostitute Ros on the hit HBO series, is one of over a dozen women, who have publicly accused Manson of physical and sexual abuse in recent months.

Manson previously denied any wrongdoing, calling allegations made against him by Wood, Bianco and the other accusers ‘horrible distortions of reality,’ and insisting that he has only had ‘consensual relationships with like-minded partners.’
