Most known for her role as Carla Rosón Caleruega in Elite – a show about three working class teens who enroll at a wealthy private school in Spain – Exposito talked about her pursuit of a career in Hollywood.
‘I knew I wanted to be an actress. I did not know what was the starting point, I just knew that it is all I ever wanted,’ she said, which prompted her to take theatre classes.
Crediting her determination to pursue her passion with the ‘adrenaline and strong emotions,’ that come from being on set, Ester said she lives for the thrill.

‘It’s a constant risk; you are constantly pushing yourself into new adventures and challenges,’ while adding that she is ‘kept alive’ by acting.
Delving into her character Carla, she said that like many actresses she likes to immerse herself in what she imagines their past to be like, also adding that her co-stars like to do the same.
‘We were all there when the other actors were working on their character, so we were there to see the process of every character being developed, and we all participated in it.’
Determined: ‘I knew I wanted to be an actress. I did not know what was the starting point, I just knew that it is all I ever wanted,’ she told the magazine
Her most recent project Someone Has To Die for Netflix is also a Spanish language project as she continues to book more roles at her tender age.
Despite her budding trajectory into Hollywood, she says that her Elite character will always be the most special to her.
‘This is one of the characters that I enjoyed playing the most. I will love her forever and always remember her. There will always be a part of her in me because it was a special process for me,’ she shared.

Even at a young age Exposito is aware that she has a duty as an on-screen actress to be a face for social good.
‘I want to fight for and use my voice to continue moving forward in the feminist movement,’ she shared.
The actress already boasts over 26M followers on Instagram but tends to keep her social media professional.
