Nicki Minaj is coming out with a docuseries on HBO Max.
To commemorate the 10-year-anniversary of her debut studio album Pink Friday the 37-year-old rapper treated her fans to the special announcement.
Taking to Instagram to share the news of her long-awaited project, Nicki said she was ‘excited’ to give her fans a ‘raw and unfiltered,’ look at her personal life and professional journey.

Greeting her fans as ‘Onika Tanya Maraj’ – her real name – Minaj set the tone for a tell-all series as she spoke to her 123M followers with orange hair.
‘I’m very excited to finally share with you guys that my docu-series is coming to HBO Max!,’ she said with an enthusiastic vocal inflection.
She continued, ‘It’s gonna give you guys a raw unfiltered look at my personal life and professional journey and I can’t wait to share it with you,’ then plugging HBO Max and Pop as well as Bron Studios so fans can receive updates on its release.
Signing off with a kiss, she told her fans ‘I’ll see you soon.’

Penning a heartfelt Instagram caption about what the docuseries means to her she wrote:
‘I am beyond grateful & excited to share this news with you guys today. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have #HBOMax on board to help me tell my story in this delicate & memorable way. A way that my fans will love forever.’
She continued, ‘This doc is next level. I can promise you that, ‘ adding, ‘ITS GOIN DOWN!!!! BASEMENT!!!!!’
Showing her fans some love she responded to virtually every single comment on her Instagram page which ranged from ‘can’t wait,’ to ‘today is the BEST DAY.’

In recent years Nicki, who calls herself Barbie, seems to have been eclipsed since rapper Cardi-B – who shares a strong likeness in style and flow to Minaj – stepped on the scene.
After years of beef culminated in a memorable 2018 shoe-throwing incident at a party, the rivals have tried to put their feud to bed, which may even be touched on in the new series.
The female rappers have since caused a stir as they are rumored to have a collaboration in the works since October.
A leaked snippet of a song called Lavish featured both artist’s vocals on the nine second clip with Cardi continuing to add fuel to the fire as she wrote that her collaboration with an unknown artist, ‘Gonna have ya sick.’
