Olivia took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday to confirm she hadn’t gone under the knife, as she reassured her followers their own chests were ‘fabulous without surgery.’

She has previously hit back at claims she’d gone under the knife since leaving the Love Island villa in 2016, though two years ago she revealed botched lip fillers left her looking ‘horrific.’

Sharing a snap while relaxing in her bed, Olivia wrote: ‘Guys I haven’t had breast implants. I get frequent messages asking where I’ve had them done but I don’t have experience in that department.

‘I would also like to take this to tell you your boobies are fabulous without surgery, although if this is a decision you have thought long and hard about & are of the opinion it will make you happy then I would say search online for reviews & reputable surgeons and close friend recommendations as I have no clue xx.’

Olivia has previously hit out at ‘scarily available’ plastic surgery after being contacted by a company who promised her free services in exchange for promoting them on social media.

In 2018 she penned a lengthy Twitter thread reminding fans to think ‘thrice and four times’ before going under the knife.

She wrote: ‘A cosmetic surgery company messaged me offering any treatment I wanted in exchange for social media content which is obviously extremely generous… however I can’t get over how damaging this is in the industry and how unsurprising it is that so many girls have taken the offer.

‘It really is scarily available what with all finance options etc and whilst it’s great that some do this for their personal reason and I would never ever judge anyone for that. It’s SO wrong to be approached and offered surgery like it’s a piece of candy.’

She continued: ‘To be approached makes it so readily available & actually gives incentive of a freebie. It makes me sad & scares me because we all have the odd day we may feel inadequate for some silly reason. It worries me that on that one day a decision could be made that would be irreversible.

‘It’s disconcerting that this is the world we live in and even someone who is happy with their body and their shape majority of the time; one message can play on any weakness and change your life and your thoughts.

‘So just a reminder to all girls in and out of the industry please think twice thrice and four times more about putting your body under the stress of surgery. Please remember we are human, different, imperfectly perfect & the only human you need to make happy is yourself.’
