One man’s trash! Stella Maxwell scores a ‘free’ hot dog pillow curbside while walking her pup in Los Angeles

Stella Maxwell may be a world famous supermodel, but even she can’t resist a good bargain.

The 30-year-old Belgian-born beauty was spotted searching for treasure in a ‘free’ pile by some trash bins in Los Angeles, as she took a stroll with her dog on Saturday.

With her eyes on a hot dog pillow, Maxwell proved that one person’s trash is another person’s treasure as she made her way home with the unlikely find.

Hot diggity dog: Stella Maxwell, 30, happens upon an unlikely new find while walking her dog in Los Angeles, as she scores a new hot dog pillow found by a neighbor’s garbage can

For the outing, Stella kept it casual in grey sweatpants and a striped baseball style hoodie.

She layered up on the chillier LA day with a jean jacket and sported a pair of black Vans sneakers on her feet.

Blue Bottle coffee in hand, the Victoria’s Secret stunner kept her hair tied back in a ponytail as she enjoyed a low key weekend with unexpected perks.

Looking equally as excited for Stella’s new find, her dog was seen sniffing with interest as she stumbled upon the pile of discarded goodies.

Though many would be weary of picking up a dumpster-side item in the time of COVID-19, Maxwell seemed to have no qualms as she snatched it right up.

She appeared amused with her newfound object as she held it in her hand while juggling the dog’s leash.

Earlier in the day she posted a throwback photo with her dog as she flashed her model figure in a T-shirt and underwear from the comfort of her backyard.

Comfortable in her own skin when it comes to everything from her fashion choices to her proud identity as an LGBTQIA woman, she most recently spoke about being queer in the fashion industry while gracing the cover of Advocate in late September.

Having high profile romances over the years including Miley Cyrus and Kristen Stewart – breaking up after two years together in 2019 – Maxwell told the publication ‘I never worried about my sexuality.’

She shared that she doesn’t have a ‘type’ with regards to who she dates as she said, ‘I just go with what I feel. I certainly do not fall in love easily.’

‘I would say most people I date are my friends. I like spending time with people I, number one, am attracted to, and who I love spending time with.’

She continued to say that overall she is ‘fairly private’ about her romantic involvement and her personal life.

A long list of famous friends, she rang in the new year in Aspen with model pal Bella Hadid and the daughter of Chrome Hearts founder, Jesse Jo Stark.

The ladies were seen enjoying some indoor dining amid Los Angeles’ then stay-at-home order and posed for some snaps in the snow.

An in-demand model who is usually traveling the world and walking in many runway shows she told the publication, ‘I can’t wait to travel and eat at restaurants and shoot with teams and hang out.’

‘Before the pandemic I would think that working from home would be an amazing idea, just get up and get ready and shoot. But at this point, though, I have done so many shoots at home I can’t wait to be back on location.’
