And Charlotte Dawson who revealed she feels ‘bumpalicious’ and ‘loved watching her body grow’ posed naked in a shoot for Closer magazine

Charlotte proudly displayed her 32-week bump in the nude shoot, covering her bust with one arm.

Her brunette tresses were styled in soft waves while a radiant palette of make-up enhanced her pretty features. 

The reality star spoke about her gestational diabetes diagnosis, saying: ‘At first, I thought it was all my fault as all I do is eat bad food. 

‘I was worried people were going to say, “I told you so” because I’ve been eating chips and gravy for most of my life. 

‘But it can come on with pregnancy, it’s all quite scary but now I realise how common it is.’ 

Charlotte, who says she has always been freaked out by needles, admitted she had to completely change her diet.

She said: ‘I was only diagnosed two weeks ago and it’s already the longest I’ve ever been without a chippy or Maccies!’

She admitted that once the baby is born, she will ‘be straight to McDonald’s’ as gestational diabetes generally goes away after birth. 

Charlotte recently revealed she is feeling ‘petrified and drained’ as she battles gestational diabetes during her pregnancy. 

She wrote: ‘I’m struggling….this is my reality face today!! I’m so hormonal it’s a joke I’ve not stopped crying & working myself up, I’m petrified, I’m drained.. I’m hardly eating cos I’m so scared of eating the wrong thing & spiking my blood sugar levels…

‘I’m hoping this gestational diabetes has something to do with how I’m feeling… the reason I’ve posted this … the truth is I’m not going to sugar coat how I’m feeling because I’d be lying to you all..  

‘I show you all how fabulous everything is in my life… some days are so down & you ask me how and why I look so good all the time .. well the truth is it isn’t all fabulous…

‘But I’m feeling guilty for feeling like this I’m so blessed lucky and soooo positive normally. Feeling like this is sooo hard. 

‘It’s mentally & physically stressful, I have so much ahead of me so much to do, my anxiety is taking over! I’m trying so hard to snap myself out of it but the only thing snapping me out of it is knowing there’s only 9 weeks left until we get to meet our angel … 

‘You’re worth all of this x love u all I need to remember everything will be ok stop putting so much pressure on myself & I’m too glam to give a chuffin damn x.’
