Kate looked gorgeous in a flattering beige dress that was cinched in at the waist to highlight her changing shape.
Over that she wore a long cream coat with black buttons and teamed the look with black tights and boots.
The mother-to-be wore her blonde tresses in soft waves around her face and opted for subtle dewy makeup as she posed for the mirror selfie at her home.

She took to Instagram on Monday night asking her followers for advice about comfortable nightwear to wear while pregnant.
However, Kate was left irked after one troll ‘bizarrely’ thought she was ‘faking’ that she couldn’t find any pjs to wear.
Wearing a black pj set, Kate told fans: ‘Guys I need your help, nothing fits me. Tia, what are you doing?

‘Oh I’ve got a spot. Tia what are you doing, you know you’re not meant to be in this. This is what happens whenever I try to record a video.
‘Tia is somehow in it. I just need help with pyjamas you know when you get home and you want to put on some comfortable ones on. No, nothing’s comfortable because my belly is too big. Can anyone help me?’
After sharing some suggestions on Instagram from her followers, Kate also shared a negative message from one follower which read: ‘Surely you can get maternity pyjamas? Seems kind of fake, you must have loads of maternity stuff?!’
Kate said: ‘I don’t normally respond to these people but this really made me laugh. I have much better things to be doing with my time than faking that I need PJs
‘There are so many negative people out there – bizarre! Thanks for all the lovely women that helped me.’
Kate is expecting her first child with husband Rio, 41, after tying the knot last year.
Last week, Kate posted a sweet drawing with her other half and his sons Lorenz, 14, and Tate, 12, and daughter Tia, nine, as she explained that looking after yourself can be ‘a rocky journey.’
