Real Housewives icon unrecognizable after undergoing extreme cosmetic surgery procedure

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge looked unrecognizable in a new Instagram clip, after undergoing a brow lift.

The reality TV star, 56, shared two videos documenting the surgery and her post-op recovery on social media.

In addition to the brow lift, Tamra — who recently slammed her Traitors co-star — also underwent a CO2 laser and blue chemical peel procedure.

On Sunday, she shared an update on day three of her recovery, with her face looking much more swollen and her skin peeling, as she told her followers it felt like her skin was ‘going to burst.’

The Bravo star first shared a pre-procedure selfie on Instagram on Saturday, before undergoing a brow lift. The post also included a video of Judge resting in her hospital bed with bandages on her face.

‘Day three and the swelling’s making a statement. Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s happening,’ she captioned the clip.

‘Okay guys, this is day three. It’s supposed to be the worst of it when it comes to swelling,’ she told her followers.

‘The swelling is from the CO2 laser. You can see it’s all the way down my chest. You can imagine what it feels likes,’ she added.

She later returned at the end of the day, sharing another update, ‘I don’t know how it can get any worse. I feel like my skin’s gonna burst. You can see it’s getting oozy.’

‘I can barely open my eyes. Throat hurts a little bit from the tube down my throat. Just keeping you updated on this.’

‘Now the bursting and everything is obviously from the CO2 laser. Hoping to turn a corner tomorrow.’

‘Little oozy, my neck and chest,’ she stated, showing off the skin on her chest.

‘The swelling is pretty bad but doesn’t really hurt. Just feels really tight.’

‘Dr. Mowlds promises me that I turn a corner after this, so I’m excited about that. But overall, looking like it’s supposed to look. Nice and crispy.’

The initial video she shared on Saturday was captioned: ‘Taking you all along on my journey! I visited Dr. Donald Mowlds in Newport Beach, who works alongside Dr. Ambe, for a brow lift, CO2 laser, and a blue chemical peel. Seven years ago, I had a lower facelift but skipped the upper—like painting the house but forgetting the trim. Stay tuned for updates!’

The clip started out with Tamra sharing a selfie of her taken before going under the knife. She then shared a video taken an hour after.

‘I don’t feel bad. My eyes are all blurry because there’s something like vaseline in there or something,’ she told fans.

‘Let the healing begin,’ the star added.

She was then pictured being wheeled out of the hospital.

Tamra then explained that the doctor removed a small piece of skin from the corner of her eye – a small ‘fat pocket.’

‘Not too much pain honestly. But of course I’m on pain medications. Talk to me at five in the morning,’ she humorously added.

‘I’m feeling okay, feeling a little beat up. I’m gonna eat my first meal. Make sure I take my prunes. Because you know what happens when you take these you get constipated.’

‘So I am in the thick of it right now,’ she added.

Tamra has been open about her experiences with plastic surgery. In 2017, she underwent a lower facelift.

‘I call it a comeback,’ she told host Andy Cohen during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in 2018.

‘It’s just a mini. Don’t call it a facelift, call it a comeback! That’s my season 13 tagline.’
