Jono Castano treated himself to some new ink on Sunday.
Perhaps an early birthday gift for his upcoming 30th, the fitness buff got a massive back piece crafted by Lauren Winzer, the Australian tattoo artist who has inked stars like Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry and Post Malone.

Showing the process, Jono took a deep breath before the artist started the work on the huge ink.
He later revealed the result – an outline of what appeared to be a dragon, taking up his entire back.
Based on the time stamps on his posts, it seems the process took over four hours on the tattooist’s table.

It would appear he will need more sessions to colour and shade the dragon in the future.
Jono is known for transforming the bodies of a number of A-listers, including including former Home and Away star Pia Miller, Bachelor star Matty ‘J’ Johnson, PR Queen Roxy Jacenko, and actors Lincoln Lewis, Jodi Gordon and Luke Cook.

‘This is paramount as it drives everything you want to do,’ says the Colombian-born former soccer player. ‘If you don’t have a purpose, you won’t stay on track!’
Next up, set goals that are attainable, realistic and measurable.
‘Little wins along the way make it more enjoyable and will encourage you to keep going,’ says Jono.
The buff hunk, who runs Acero Gym in the Sydney suburb of Kensington, also urges people to start off their new year fitness journey slowly.
