Ryan Thomas reveals he helped deliver food for his brother Adam’s restaurant

‘Came in for a burger, now I’m doing deliveries’: Ryan Thomas reveals he helped bring food to customers for his brother Adam’s restaurant The Spinn

Ryan Thomas has revealed he helped his brother Adam make deliveries from his restaurant The Spinn.

The former Coronation Street star, 36, took to Instagram on Monday night to tell fans he was bringing food to customers of the burger joint, and suggested they should put in their orders for a chance for him to be their delivery driver.

He originally came to the restaurant to enjoy his own burger, which he ate in his car as he ‘couldn’t wait to get home plus no TV in the new house.’

But it seemed not long after his meal that Ryan was asked to chip in and help the busy staff, as he then joked: ‘Came in for a burger now I’m doing deliveries.’

He posed with his back to the camera to show off his hoodie from the restaurant while carrying a number of packaged orders that were ready to go.

Ryan then hopped into his car and said he was ‘en route’ to fans, before filming himself delivering the order to ‘another happy customer.’

Back in his car, Ryan said in a short video: ‘I’m just waiting outside The Spinn to pick up my next delivery. Make the call, you know you want to. I might be coming to a home near you.’

Last month, Ryan spoke out about how he is finding any ‘excuse to have a drink’ and has horrific hangovers after binging on two bottles of red wine a night.

The former Coronation Street star revealed how he boozes heavily at the weekend, making him feel down and ‘wiped out’ in the week.

Talking to his tee-total brother Scott, 32, and other sibling Adam, also 32, in the latest episode of Mancs On The Mic podcast, Ryan said how he struggles to stop after having one drink.

He said: ‘I really want to get to that point where I go “do you know what like I’m going on holiday and I’m going away with the lads for a long weekend and I’m going to enjoy this blowout because I deserve it”.

‘But I don’t deserve it because I’m literally finding any excuse to have a drink.

‘It’s like, you know, everything all or nothing for me. It’s not a couple of drinks, I’ll have two bottles of red wine and then I’m like “why?”.

‘I’ve got to get up tomorrow, I’ve got a routine with Roman and Lucy. I’ve got commitments, I’ve got jobs that I need to be focused for.

‘I’ve got to go right here’s my end goal, I deserve this drink, it’s my drink, my reward and that’s what I want it to become. At the moment I’m still tackling it. It just wipes me out for the whole week.

‘I used to bounce back at 18 or 19. I didn’t have hangovers but now I’m just so down in the week for drinking at the weekend. I hate myself for it.’
