There’s eyes everywhere: SAS Australia viewers slammed Koby Abberton (pictured) on Wednesday after he denied cheating on the show – despite being caught out on covert surveillance footage

Koby soon changed his tune when the show’s directing staff presented video evidence to the contrary – and SAS Australia viewers took to social media to vent about it.

‘To be fair, can Koby Abberton count to 30?’ Tweeted one viewer.

‘The evidence is right here mate you can’t run from this,’ added a second.

‘Sooooo cringe hearing old mate talk himself up! Koby mate… just own it,’ wrote a third.

Even the SAS Australia twitter account chimed in with a picture of Koby during his interrogation, writing, ‘Anything to share, Koby?’

After Koby was presented with the footage during his interrogation, he initially denied he meant to cheat, replying: ‘I didn’t mean it. No way. I just wouldn’t have cheated that much. But the evidence is there and I’ll take full responsibility.’

The former Bray Boy was later forced to tell his fellow competitors after his interrogation that he cheated and the group was going to be punished.

One viewer humourously capitalised on this sequence and tweeted a picture of an angry mob on The Simpsons and wrote, ‘Everyone hearing Koby’s news.’

‘I feel pretty bad about this whole situation, but I want you to know – they’re basing my whole integrity on 15 push-ups in front of a camera,’ he told the group.

‘I promise I can do as many push-ups as all of you together. I just f**ked up, I counted wrong and I didn’t keep counting. I didn’t mean to do that, but I promise I did that faster than every one of you.’
