Scooter Braun and estranged wife Yael Cohen pictured for the first since filing for divorce

Scooter Braun and his estranged wife Yael Cohen were seen together on Friday for the first time since filing for divorce in late July.

The former married couple were spotted in Montecito, California co-parenting their three children sans wedding rings.

The music mogul has a net worth of around $400million, though his wife signed a prenuptial agreement and it is believed to have been held in place as divorce proceedings continue.

Scooter, 40, and Yael, 34, seemed to be getting along as they each pushed their trio of kids between two strollers.

The talent manager was dressed down in a black hat, black joggers, and a white crew neck sweatshirt. A grey shirt peeked out from underneath.

He had on white sneakers and a white face mask could be seen poking out of the pocket of his pants.

Ex Yael also went for a casual look with a black cap, and a black and white baseball tee with a colorful graphic on the front. She wore black Nike sneakers with white ankle socks.

Reports the couple had split emerged before the music mogul officially filed for divorce in late July.

The couple will follow the terms of their prenuptial agreement, likely leaving Scooter with most of his assets along with his burgeoning music empire.

Braun is well known for working with Justin Bieber, Demi Lovato, J Balvin and Ariana Grande — in addition to his high-profile feud with pop star Taylor Swift.

In April he scored big when sold his company to the agency behind K-pop phenomenon BTS for a whopping $1.05 billion.

According to the terms of their prenup, which was drafted by Hollywood divorce super-attorney Laura Wasser, he will pay spousal support to Yael, who is the heir to a South African mining fortune. Documents did not list a date of separation.

It’s likely Wasser – who’s worked with celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Heidi Klum, and Kim Kardashian – crafted Braun an iron-clad agreement securing his sizable fortune.

Scooter, whose real name is Scott, is reportedly worth around $400 million after his company Ithaca Holdings was acquired by HYBE, formerly known as Big Hit Entertainment.

In a perplexing timeline of events, Scooter seemed to signal he was on good terms with his then-wife when he shared a black-and-white snapshot to mark their wedding anniversary on July 6th, just weeks ahead of the breakup news.

‘If just for the kids you have given me everything. But thanks to you I have grown, I have been pushed to be the best version of myself and to continue growing and learning,’ he gushed about Yael, who is the co-founder of the organization F*** Cancer, in his caption.

‘The adventure is just beginning,’ he added.

The pair began dating in 2013 and were wed by July 2014 in Whistler, British Columbia at a celebrity-strewn affair where they walked down the aisle as Justin sang All You Need Is Love by the Beatles.

In an interview with British GQ last year Scooter compared his business affairs to his relationship in the sense that ‘marriage is all about compromise.’

The tycoon said, ‘If she’s shutting down on me, then I did something to make her shut down. So we talk through it and we get through it.’
