Back in 2018, Tammy said she eats every two hours and sticks to a ‘really’ clean, protein-rich diet.

‘I usually eat really, really clean, so when I don’t, I feel really gross. Eating healthy actually makes the biggest difference,’ she said in a video posted to Snapchat at the time.

Revealing she hates raspberries, Tammy explained there are two ingredients she eats almost every day: spinach and salmon for breakfast.

Speaking to New Idea, Tammy said she ‘eats every two to three hours’, starting and ending her day with a vegan protein shake and oats.

She also emphasised the importance of eating protein-rich food and complex carbohydrates to maintain her ripped physique.

‘I needed to eat lots to build that area [buttocks] so I also ate lots of complex carbohydrates like brown rice, oatmeal, potatoes and healthy fats.’

‘For me lean protein like chicken breast, turkey and fish, really helps, but I find that with trying to build my booty I wasn’t consuming the amount of protein I needed so supplements like protein shakes helped too,’ she added.

Indulging in a specific variety of fruits and vegetables, Tammy incorporates watermelon, strawberries, pumpkin, capsicums and avocados – which she loves – into her diet.

She also uses a selection of turkey mince, salmon or regular mince lean beef for her dishes.

But her envy-inducing figure is thanks to skipping past her favourite parts in the grocery store – the bread section, candy and chocolate sections – keeping the juice intake to a minimum and flushing down her food with plenty of water.

Meanwhile, Tammy explained she steers clear of excess seasoning on her food, such as sauces with plenty of sugar.

‘I don’t like to add a lot of sauces to things because it makes things unnecessarily more unhealthy,’ she said in a YouTube video.

Although she is quite strict with her eating routine, Tammy admits she likes to occasionally indulge in her sweet tooth, revealing she will have a couple of Digestives chocolate biscuits on the weekend.
